Read the following information carefully before applying:
Online Web Application System is only used for students those are enrolled in Graduation Level OR Master Level Program.
Ph.D and M.Phil students are also not eligible for Diya Scholarship however, direct M.Phil after Graduation are eligible.
Applications will not be accepted of students of School level and Intermediate level through this Web base system. Talented and deserving students in Intermediate Level or School level, will apply through their Schools/Institutes. Diya Pakistan is giving scholarships in Govt. Schools only. The School will contact for detail procedure.
Students getting scholarship more than Rs. 25000 per year from other organization are not eligible for Diya Scholarship.
Students must secured at least 60% marks at all levels.
Students applying for the first time, fill out the Online Scholarship Application Form and send scan documents through Email at “email@example.com”
It may take 20 to 30 days to review your application with scans and you can check status of your application, weekly basis on our web site.
After approval cheque will be despatched at your Institute within 20 to 30 days. After verification it will be handed over to you OR adjusted in your fee by your Institute. You can encash the cheque at any Meezan Bank Branch by showing your original NIC Card and providing NIC Copy to the bank.
Scholarship is paid once in fiscal year from 1st July xx to 30 June xx. Student may apply again next year if course continues.
Students can NEVER APPLY again if the case “Not Accepted” or who provided fake/modified/cut_paste documents / information.

Following scanned documents are required for the first time:
Head of Institute Attestation Form (HOI) (download it from DOWNLOAD Page, fill it , attest it form institute and make a scan.
Self CNIC (both sides)
Father CNIC (both sides)
Mother CNIC (both sides)
Guardian’s CNIC (if other than applicant’s parents)
Family Registration Certificate form NADRA
Bachelor’s Degree (If Applicant is in Master Level Program)
Hifz Certificate (if available, 5% marks will be given additional)
Disability Certificate (If any)
All University Semester / Yearly results certificates where result is declared.
Fee Receipts or Bank Challan for current year.
Salary Slip (If guardian is a salaried person)
Pension document , showing name page and pension amount page. (If guardian is a pensioner)
For those whose students whose father/guardian is a non-salaried person, provide “Enrollment Certificates” ( of all brothers and sisters who are studying from their institutes. (Download it from “DOWNLOAD” Page of our website)
College Card if available.
Scan files must be readable clearly.
Scans must be taken in colour format from the original documents.

5. Download Head of Institute Attestation Form (HOI), fill it , attest it from institute
6. Make a scan of all required documents and send them through email at : firstname.lastname@example.org
7. Check status of your case on weekly basis, provide if some clarification/documents required.
8. Cheque will be dispatched to your institute and informed to you.
9. If course continue , send renewal documents only again after 1st July of next year.
