To apply for renewal of scholarship, student must be enrolled in Institute. He/She is not eligible if his/her course is completed or not admitted in Institute.
Students applying must pass all subjects of semester / annual exams of University. Otherwise not eligible until pass all subjects.
Previous students need NOT to fill the online application form again.
Steps wise process for Renewal Students:
1. Download New Head of Institute Attestation Form from Download Page and fill it and signed and stamp from institute.
2. Send scan of following documents through email address: (email@example.com )
i. Latest university Semester/ Annual Result Transcript.
ii. New Head of Institute Attestation Form (HOI) (download it from Download Page)
iii. Last Fee Receipt / Bank Challan.

3. After receving your email , you will be given a Case Number. If any descripancy found you will be intimated through web Status, So, check status weekly basis to be informed what is required additional and provide it as soon as possible.
4. If your case is approved for scholarship, your cheque will be despatched at Postal address of Institute. You can get it from the Institute.
